Service Durations 1 Hour
My visits are set to a minimum of 1 hour to ensure that an adequate level of care is supplied. Calls can be extended in half hour periods.

Hourly Service Rate £20.00 *
I charge a flat rate for all of my services, with no hidden costs, except for items purchased on behalf of the client, e.g. shopping or parking fees.

Travel Costs (6 mile radius) Included **
I do not charge extra for my travelling to/from the clients residence and local trips are also included, e.g. pharmacy, doctor's or hospital appointments.

Online Client Portal Included
Every client will have an online portal set up which will include details of all visit logs and any additional expenses incurred.
* Bank/Public holidays charged at £30.00 per hour.
** Journeys outside of the 6 mile radius are charged at 25p per mile.

Thank you for all you do for Dad.
During the following 4 years Mrs Baker was sent to me on most days of the week . In addition to providing welcome companionship she did a variety of household tasks and occasionally did my shopping . She regularly cooked my main evening meal using fresh ingredients and , being a rapid and careful worker , was able to prepare the meal , serve it and wash up , all within one hour .
Stacy is a kind and sympathetic person of pleasant appearance , intelligent , reliable , and a diligent worker .
I regret that under the normal terms of the Care Company , I am unable now to ask Stacy to work for me , though we remain on friendly terms .
